Apotex Wins As High Court Denies Pfizer Appeal

Law360 (October 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Pfizer Inc.'s appeal in its patent feud with Apotex Inc. over blockbuster blood-pressure drug Norvasc. As a result, an appellate court's March ruling that Pfizer's patent is unenforceable will prevail.
