Calif. Court Resuscitates LA Hospital Wage Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2012, 2:44 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday revived a putative wage-and-hour class action against LA Metropolitan Medical Center, ruling that a trial court should not have dismissed it based on a denial of class certification in a similar suit against the same hospital in 2007.
