Hawker's $2M Employee Retention Plan Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday allowed aircraft maker Hawker Beechcraft Inc. to institute a $1.9 million retention plan for 31 management employees, while asking for more information on a $5.3 million incentive plan for eight insiders before he decides that matter.
