E-Reader Co. Protests $16M Contract Aimed At Amazon Kindle

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- K-NFB Reading Technology Inc. on Thursday protested in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims a solicitation for a $16.5 million government contract that said only Amazon.com Inc.'s Kindle e-reader would meet its needs, not giving K-NFB a chance to bid.
