Indian TV Network Claims Nielsen Based Ratings On Bribery

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- An Indian news network on Thursday accused ratings giant Nielsen Holdings NV, consulting network Kantar Media Research Pvt. Ltd. and their affiliates of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by taking bribes in exchange for inflating ratings and attempting to monopolize the ratings market in India.
