MGA Can't Rush Lady Gaga's Approval Of Dolls In $10M Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 11:51 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge said Wednesday at a hearing in a $10 million contract dispute that he would not force Lady Gaga and her management company to approve a line of dolls bearing her image in order to meet the distribution timeline of the manufacturer, which produces the popular Bratz dolls.
