UK Court Backs Antitrust Ruling Against British Telecom

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 3:31 PM EDT) -- A U.K. appeals court on Friday dismissed British Telecommunications PLC's challenge of a U.K. Office of Communications finding that the company had abused its market dominance and charged unfair prices on partial private circuits purchased by other communications companies.
