NJ, AmEx Want Supreme Court's Take On Gift Card Seizures

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 8:47 PM EDT) -- American Express Travel Related Services and New Jersey Attorney General Jeffrey Chiesa have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on their ongoing legal battle over changes to New Jersey's law governing the transfer of unused gift cards and traveler's checks to the state.
