Catarina Pietra Toumei copped to a criminal misdemeanor contempt charge alleging she and her business partners continued to use the Guggenheim mark to hawk fake investments, violating U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero's cease-and-desist order in a trademark infringement and racketeering suit brought by financial firms Guggenheim Capital LLC and Guggenheim Partners...
