Hyundai Recalls 200K SUVs Tied To Air Bag Class Action Deal

Law360, Chicago (July 30, 2012, 2:24 PM EDT) -- Hyundai Motor Co. is recalling nearly 200,000 model year 2007 through 2009 Santa Fe SUVs in connection with an anticipated settlement of a putative class action, as well as some model year 2012 to 2013 Sonata cars in a separate voluntary action, both over potential air bag problems, according to documents available through regulators Monday.
