Sun Reporter Arrested In News Corp. Hacking Probe

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A reporter from British tabloid The Sun was arrested in London on Monday for allegedly using information taken from stolen mobile phones, the latest in a long line of News Corp. journalists accused of employing illegal techniques to find stories.

London police announced they had arrested a 51-year-old journalist as part of Operation Tuleta, the investigation into possible privacy breaches at News Corp., such as computer hacking and use of stolen goods, that go beyond the infamous phone hacking scandal.
