9th Circ. Restarts Bias Suit Against EEOC

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 9:27 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday revived a former U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission employee's disability discrimination suit against the agency, ruling that she had sufficiently exhausted her administrative remedies even though she withdrew early from an internal appeal.
