Photographer Says AP Wrongly Released Her Celeb Pics

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey photographer sued the Associated Press on Friday claiming the wire service offered valuable stills of famous people — including deceased socialite Brooke Astor and actor Alec Baldwin — in violation of their contract and did not compensate her properly.

Photographer Jennifer Graylock's deal with the AP allowed for her images to be licensed to buyers on an "a la carte" basis — in return for a fee for each use — according to the New York state court suit.
