Pilots Launch WARN Suit Against Bankrupt Airline

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Pilots who worked for bankrupt World Airways Inc. on Tuesday filed a putative class action against the airline for allegedly failing to give them 60 days' notice as required under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act prior to laying them off.
