Concepcion Trumps CLRA Ban On Class Waivers: Calif. Court

Concepcion trumps the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act’s prohibition of class action waivers, handing a win to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services LLC in a consumer action over a defective used car.
