Former Freddie Mac Counsel Joins Shapiro Lifschitz In DC

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A longtime real estate transactional, finance and litigation attorney who had been at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. since 2009 has joined Shapiro Lifschitz & Schram PC as a senior counsel in Washington, D.C., Shapiro Lifschitz said Wednesday.

The company announced that Soha Mody joined the firm as a real estate senior counsel earlier this year. Mody was previously an associate general counsel at Freddie Mac, where she spearheaded the redevelopment of its multifamily real estate-owned sales process.
