Fed. Circ. Says ITC Misconstrued Terms In Nokia Patent Case

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 8:58 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reversed a ruling by the U.S. International Trade Commission siding with Nokia Inc. in a patent battle over wireless 3G technology with InterDigital Communications LLC, finding the ITC erred in defining key claim terms in the case.
