Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Two Democratic consultants accusing Arianna Huffington of stealing their idea for what became the Huffington Post told a New York state court Friday that new evidence shows that Huffington was plotting to take their idea from the moment she heard about it.

Peter Daou, a media consultant for the presidential campaigns of John Kerry and Hillary Clinton, and James Boyce, a former Kerry adviser, have claimed that Huffington and HuffPost co-founder Kenneth Lerer reneged on a 2004 agreement to include the strategists in developing the website....
