Carrier IQ State Class Stayed While MDL Chugs On

Law360, Los Angeles (August 1, 2012, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Wednesday stayed a consolidated consumer class action accusing Carrier IQ Inc. of secretly recording smartphone users' data, saying a state class should be put on hold while parallel federal multidistrict litigation over a nationwide class moves forward.
