John Wiley Lifted 3 Textbook Photos, Jury Finds

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 9:15 PM EDT) -- A New York federal jury on Wednesday returned a verdict largely against John Wiley & Sons Inc. in a copyright suit brought by a photographer who claimed the publisher used his photos in textbooks without permission, an attorney for the photographer said.
