RE Mogul Macklowe Sells 2 NYC Buildings

Law360, New York (August 2, 2012, 5:08 PM EDT) -- New York City real estate mogul William Macklowe has sold two of his company's Manhattan properties — 400 Madison Ave. and 610 Broadway — for an undisclosed amount, according to his attorneys at Paul Hastings LLP.

The buyer of 610 Broadway could not immediately be identified, but ASB Real Estate Investments purchased the asset at 400 Madison Ave, according to a person familiar with the matter.
