Gibson Dunn Can Get Witness Info In $38M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 2, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday ordered a trustee accusing Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP of professional negligence over a purportedly botched real estate partnership agreement to answer whether key plaintiffs’ witnesses are entitled to fees if the plaintiffs win the $38 million suit.
