Airport Contract Spat Is An Antitrust Case, 10th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 3:19 PM EDT) -- JetAway Aviation LLC asked the Tenth Circuit on Wednesday to revive its long-standing claim that a Colorado county conspired to grant a rival contractor a monopoly on support services at a local airport, blasting a lower judge's ruling that the dispute was not an antitrust issue.
