Greener Buildings Would Slash NYC's Energy Use, Report Says

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 4:01 PM EDT) -- New York City could cut its energy consumption by 18 percent if the least green buildings reached just the middle level of efficiency, according to a report released Friday as part of an effort to encourage building upgrades that many owners and developers have resisted due to related costs.
