Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 12:51 PM EDT) -- In a recent decision by the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Mercer County, the court found that a plaintiff, which was the servicer of the note, and not the owner, and which also held a valid assignment of the mortgage, had standing to foreclose.
