Ill. Contractors Take Wage Law Fight To High Court

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- A group of landscape contractors recently asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the dismissal of their lawsuit claiming the Illinois Department of Labor unconstitutionally delegates the determination of wages for workers on public projects to private parties like labor unions.
