Lehman Backdating Derivative Suits Consolidated

Law360, New York (October 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The shareholder derivative lawsuit filed against the officers and directors of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. got a little bigger Wednesday when a district court judge added three similar actions to the original suit.
