CBS Nears End Of Soap Opera Stylist's $6M Slander Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 3, 2012, 4:46 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles judge on Friday said he’s inclined to dismiss CBS Corp. from a $6 million defamation lawsuit accusing “The Bold and the Beautiful” producers of trumping up criticisms of the soap opera’s lead hairdresser to justify his termination.
