Judge Questions Evidence In Maxim Nurses' OT Action

Law360, Los Angeles (August 3, 2012, 9:19 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday raised concerns over certifying state and nationwide classes of Maxim Healthcare Services Inc. nurses who claim they were shortchanged on overtime wages, saying they appeared to lack evidence that Maxim used a uniform pay policy.
