Judge Revives CFTC Suit Against Indicted Sentinel Execs

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday agreed to revive part of a U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission suit accusing two indicted Sentinel Management Group Inc. executives of unlawfully commingling customer and company funds.
