Akin Gump Wins Answers In LA Signage Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 6, 2012, 9:10 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Monday ordered signage company World Wide Rush LLC to answer questions about the size of its outdoor advertisements in a $1.1 million lawsuit accusing Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP of negligently advising the company on Los Angeles signage law.

“They’re your signs,” Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John L. Segal told WWR’s attorney Brian Beecher on Monday. “You should know how big they are.”
