Kasowitz Can't Collect $7M From Duane Reade, Court Says

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP can't get its hands on a $7.1 million success fee for litigation it handled for Walgreen Co.-owned client Duane Reade Inc. against an ATM provider, a divided New York state appeals court ruled Tuesday.
