Real Estate Co. Ends Suit Over Manhattan Condo Defects

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 4:39 PM EDT) -- Waverly Properties LLC and BKSK Architects LLP resolved their contract dispute over three multimillion-dollar Manhattan condominium units that Waverly claimed were riddled with expensive and dangerous defects when a federal judge signed off on their joint stipulation for dismissal Tuesday.

Waverly and the defendants — BKSK, KMG Waverly LLC and some individuals — notified the court in April that they had settled the dispute over structural problems in several luxury Waverly Place condominium units in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood.
