LA Sheriffs Lose Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 1:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday delivered a double blow to a group of Los Angeles County sheriffs who claim the county denied them overtime pay, decertifying their collective actions and accusing them of using a voluntary dismissal motion to avoid unfavorable rulings.
