Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday dismissed two North China Pharmaceutical Group Corp. units from a multidistrict price-fixing litigation against Chinese vitamin C companies, but found the suit's allegations strong enough to keep cartel claims against the parent company alive.
