FTC Secures Partial Win In $100M American Tax Relief Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2012, 12:58 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday found American Tax Relief LLC liable for misrepresenting its service to consumers, granting summary judgment in favor of the Federal Trade Commission for the bulk of its claims in a $100 million lawsuit against the company.
