Syphilis Patients Win Reprieve In Fight Over Shots

Law360, Los Angeles (August 8, 2012, 9:50 PM EDT) -- A California judge said Wednesday that he will give the named plaintiffs suing the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center for negligently injecting them with the wrong syphilis treatment one last chance to notify more than 600 unnamed class members before trimming them from the class action.
