FedEx Fights Injunction Request Over Calif. Drivers

Law360, New York (October 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- FedEx Ground Package System Inc. on Friday refuted its drivers' allegations that the company's decision to eliminate single-route driver positions was in retaliation to a class action lawsuit, claiming that the decision was due to the tenuous legal environment in California.
