NJ Mayor Indicted In Email-Hacking Scheme

Law360, New York (August 9, 2012, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Mayor Felix Roque of West New York, N.J., and his son were indicted by a federal grand jury on Thursday for allegedly scheming to hack into an email account and website associated with a movement to recall the mayor, federal officials announced.
