Hansen Can't Escape Bulk Of Securities Inflation Class Action

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 5:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday pared some securities law violation claims from a putative shareholder class action alleging medical robotics maker Hansen Medical Inc. artificially inflated its revenues, but allowed the bulk of the case to continue.
