Alexander Wang Settles Sweatshop Suit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 12:16 PM EDT) -- Fashion designer Alexander Wang on Monday resolved a suit by former employees claiming his Chinatown facility in New York City was a sweatshop where workers were subjected to a hostile work environment because of their race and were denied overtime pay.
