GoToMeeting Maker Gets Rival's Patents Invalidated

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 1:42 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge handed the maker of the popular GoToMeeting software a big win on Wednesday, finding that not only did Citrix Systems Inc.'s online conferencing system not infringe Pixion Inc.'s patents, but that Pixion's patents were invalid.
