Enviros Sue Calif. Agency Over 8-Year Water Safety Delay

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 4:24 PM EDT) -- Two environmental groups sued the California Department of Public Health on Tuesday for dawdling for eight years and failing to establish a safe drinking water standard for the cancer-causing chemical made famous by the film "Erin Brockovich."
