Cabinet Co. Investors Sue Over $94M Home Depot Merger

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 7:55 PM EDT) -- U.S. Home Systems Inc. and its board of directors were hit with a putative class action in Texas court Friday that alleges the cabinet company's $93.8 million sale to The Home Depot doesn't provide fair compensation to shareholders.
