9th Circ. Nixes Fair Use Ruling In Celeb Wedding Photo Row

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit revived a copyright suit Tuesday brought by pop singer Noelia Lorenzo Monge against a celebrity gossip magazine publisher, reversing a lower court's finding that the publication of secret wedding photos constituted fair use.
