Steelers Sue Vendor Over 'Terrible Towel' Trademark

Law360, Philadelphia (August 16, 2012, 3:48 PM EDT) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers and a nonprofit foundation that holds the trademark rights to the "Terrible Towels" waved by the NFL team's fans sued a western Pennsylvania man on Tuesday for allegedly selling Italian-language knockoffs of the towels.
