NY Backs University’s Affirmative Action Policy In High Court

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- New York's attorney general joined a chorus of voices Tuesday in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a Fifth Circuit finding that the University of Texas' policy of considering race and ethnicity in admitting a percentage of its undergraduates is constitutional.
