Kenyon Hires ITC Expert From Arnold & Porter

Law360, New York (July 14, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Intellectual property specialist Kenyon & Kenyon has hired ITC litigator Marcia H. Sundeen from Arnold & Porter LLP to join the firm as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office.

Sundeen specializes in Section 337 intellectual property litigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Her practice covers litigation and client counseling in high technology patent areas including matters in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech areas. She also counsels clients on international patent portfolio strategies, the firm said.
