La. Denies United's Protest Of Blue Cross Health Contract

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 2:39 PM EDT) -- The Louisiana Office of Group Benefits on Monday denied United HealthCare Services Inc.'s bid to wrest a contract to manage state employee health insurance plans from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, saying there was no merit to United's claims that the process had unfairly favored Blue Cross.
