American Airlines Beats Antitrust Claims In Booking Fight

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday dismissed Travelport Ltd.'s counterclaims against bankrupt American Airlines Inc., ruling that the fare data distributor lacked standing to bring the antitrust allegations in the airline's suit over an alleged plot keep it out of the airline booking business.
